Voting closed on May 15, 2007 for the 2007 one-time dues increase ballot for CB South Property Owners.
Results are as follows:
Total eligible votes in CB South = 912
Total votes received = 567 or 62% of all owners
Yes votes = 197 or 35% of the votes
No votes = 370 or 65% of the votes
Votes needed to pass this = 466 or 51% of CB South owners/members
Therefore the measure to increase dues failed.
