CB South P.O.A. Regular Board Meetings
Regular Board Meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month.
If you are requesting a time on the agenda for the next meeting, you must have all of your information in at least 2-weeks prior to the meeting.

CB South P.O.A Design Review Committee
D.R.C. meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of every month, as needed.
If you are submitting a project to be reviewed at the next meeting, you must have all of your information in at least 2-weeks prior to the meeting.

Annual Property Owners Meeting and Picnic

Sunset Hall Rental for Meeting Space
CB South Fire Station has a community room available for you to rent out! The rate is: $30 minimum room fee, or $12 per hour - whichever is greater. For reservations call our office at 349-1162
