PooFest is this Saturday – Registration for CB South residents will be at Camp 4 in CB South from 9-noon – it is only $5, so please come help clean up the neighborhood and then enjoy the weigh-in and after-party at the Eldo in Town from 5-7 pm.
Hey all you NASCAR wannabe’s – please remember that the Speed Limit on all CB South roads, paved or otherwise is 25 MPH. So, please take a few deep breaths as you drive around our neighborhood and try not to exceed that speed limit, especially as the weather begins to improve and people are out walking around. And FYI - we now have a radar unit that will placed at various locations on our roads to record your driving habits, hopefully they are within the limits – but yes, big brother (a.k.a. The Man) will be watching!!
The CB South Clean Up Day is just around the corner – May 5th – so please mark your calendars and plan to join in helping clean your property and the neighborhood as a whole – the P.O.A. will provide the dumpsters!
The 2007 Dues Increase Ballots will be accepted until 5 pm on May 15. Please vote – one way or another – it would be awfully nice to get a definitive answer on this dues increase issue. See www.cbsouth.net for a ballot and additional information.
For all those owners in CB South that just may be interested in serving on the CB South Board of Directors? Well - 2 seats are up for election in August of this year – Please contact my office to nominate yourself or someone else!!
And mark your calendars for the 2007 Annual Property Owners Meeting and Picnic – August 11, 2007 – we will be providing free food and drink and possibly live music this year!!
