Interested in being on the CB South P.O.A. Board of Directors? There are two (2) seats available in August of this year…volunteer Board Member serve for 2 year terms, meetings are held once a month…if you would like to nominate yourself or anyone else, please contact the P.O.A. office at 349-1162 or email chris@cbsouth.net.
The CB South Property Owners Association would like to remind everyone that our rules require all trash to be placed in covered trash cans. Last year there were several bear sightings documented in the neighborhood…and unfortunately, if we don’t become more diligent with containing the trash in CB South, the P.O.A. will probably have to look into requiring bear-proof containers to keep the neighborhood safe – please us help avoid that situation!
There are still P.O. Boxes available for rent in CB South…if you would like to get your mail delivered to the Bus Stop Building in CB South Please stop by the P.O.A. office at 61 Teocalli Road.
Need a large room for a party or a community activity in CB South? Sunset Hall (in the CB South Fire Station Building) is available for rent for a wide variety of activities. And there is plenty of space, a covered patio adjacent to our playground, a full kitchen, and tables and chairs available to those interested. We are also making this space available for rent to commercial and/or community related activities such as yoga or any sort of educational classes or special events.
