Watch your receipts!! For those of you who have or plan to purchase items that are delivered to CB South, please make sure you are not being over charged on the sales tax for those purchases. If the purchase originates out-of-state, and that retailer does not have a store in Colorado, you should not be paying sales tax on purchases delivered to CB South at all. If the purchase originates in-state, but outside of Gunnison County, and that retailer doesn’t have a store in Gunnison County, you should only be paying 2.9% sales tax on those purchases delivered to CB South. And finally, if the sale originates anywhere within Gunnison County, and you have it delivered to CB South, you should only pay 4.5% sales tax on those delivered items. Please watch to make sure that you are not overpaying your sales tax on purchases delivered to CB South.
Dues Increases Votes. The 2007 CB South Dues Increase Ballots will be counted until May 15, after which voting will be closed. If you haven’t voted yet, please do!! Contact the P.O.A. office if you need a ballot or you can get one at www.cbsouth.net.
Renting or Selling? The CB South P.O.A. will be providing any Property Owner who may be interested in renting or selling their property a means to advertise that property on our website at www.cbsouth.net. Advertisements will be limited to one page in length, and will only be allowed one picture per property. Please contact the P.O.A. office for more information.
Fences. Good fences probably do make for good neighbors…so if you are looking to install a fence on your property in CB South, please be aware that the P.O.A. needs to review and approve all fences prior to their installation.
