BEARS, BEARS…Bad News BEARS. There have been numerous Bear sightings in CB South lately…and this is not at a good thing for our residents or for the Bears. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not put trash cans out on trash day without lids…and please do not place your trash out by the road without it being in a trash can… and do not, under any circumstance, place any trash by the road at any time, except for on trash day (Tuesday). If we continue to have sightings and/or problems, this could become both inhumane and expensive. If you see a Bear in CB South please call 641-8000 immediately and ask for the D.O.W.
P.O.A. Board Member Elections: Dave DiBerardino, Peter Carey, Carlos Gonzalez-Brito, and Bart Laemmel are running for the two (2) open P.O.A. Board Member seats this year. Ballots and candidate information will be mailed to all Property Owners this week, please return those to the P.O.A. office or Bring them to the CB South Annual Meeting (and Picnic) on August 11th in Sunset Hall.
Renting or Selling? The CB South P.O.A. is providing all Property Owners who are renting or selling their property in CB South a means to advertise that property on our website at www.cbsouth.net. Advertisements will be limited to a single picture and a maximum of one page in length. Please contact the P.O.A. office for more information.
