CB South BEARS. There continues to be morning and nightly Bear sightings in CB South lately…and this is not at a good thing for our residents or for the Bears. PLEASE, remember to keep your garbage inside (yes, even when cans are empty) and/or locked in a bear proof containers until trash day. Also please make every effort to keep your garage doors closed at all times if that is where you keep your trash cans. If you need information on Bear Proof containers, please contact Waste Management at 349-1032. If you at any time feel threatened by a Bear in CB South please call Gunnison County Dispatch at 641-8000 or the DOW at 641-0088.
P.O.A. Board Member Elections: This year’s election is very close, please remember to vote!! Ballots and candidate information has been mailed to all Property Owners, please return those to the P.O.A. office or bring them to the CB South Annual Meeting (and Picnic) on August 11th in Sunset Hall.
Annual Meeting and Picnic: On August 11th the P.O.A. will be hosting the Annual Property Owners Meeting and Picnic, beginning at 11 am in Sunset Hall. Food and beverages will be provided by the P.O.A. at the Picnic. And new this year, the P.O.A. has rented a big bouncy play area with a slide for your children to enjoy…please come meet your neighbors and enjoy a day in our park!
