CB South Special Area Designation

The purposes of the "Special Area Designation" are, in general terms:
1. To allow this subdivision more autonomy from Gunnison County - or relief and saved time from certain County development review policies and procedures.
2. To help owners, builders, contractors, and developers with their design review and building processes - especially as we begin to see the Commercial Area take shape.
3. To work our way towards an incorporated municipality!
